Category/manufacturer in menu

On my meny i have the ususal 60s/70s/80s tables subcategorys and most manufacturer menus like /williams/gottlieb/stern,

but some manufacturers does not appear, like Sega, data east, zaccaria etc..

and what makes a table wind up in "modern tables" ?

Of all 345 tables i have installed only 45 end up in modern tables menu. (ALL tables have manufacturer and year inputed in the gamelist manager.

I have 3 categorys working: Visual pinball, VP physmod and VPX

And in physmod i have added Indiana Jones both Williams version and Stern Version and both have year inserted, but only

the Stern table shows up in "modern tables" menu.
