[RESOLVED] FTP access - Will not connect

When I use the same software FileZilla, it connects to EmuMovies just fine

Response: 331 Password required
Command: PASS ********
Response: 530 User cannot log in.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

I did all this

Site: online.gameex.com
Port: Default (21)
Username: Your forum username or email address.
Password: Your forum password.

Not subscribing members can only upload and browse on port 22. Looks like your access has expired.
