Online import and matches files

Hello,

I try to understand one feature of game manager when using import by example backglass image. Which is great when working

For some pinball, it give me backglass lists and for some other not. What I understand here is because he can't find macthes file to some database. Fine ! make sense.

Now, how can I verify filename ... FTP ? If yes, I can't figure out where to access it on gameex online site ! Should I use a FTP tools ?

Note : I have a membership!

Oh! I think I found the answer, I have to use a ftp tools... seem to work on my mac on chrome browser ftp://...

I'm I right ?
