What happened to the name databases?

I recently reinstalled my gameex, and upon setting back up i notice the name databases are gone. All it shows now are the mame, laserdisc ones and a template... is there somewhere i can obtain these?

You can download them from the official repository in the downloads section. You can also download them through the Repository Manager for GameEx (Start > All Programs > GameEx > Repository Manager), which is probably the preferred method at this point for installing any missing databases.

I'm surprised that these weren't included as part of your install, but I'm pretty sure it's a selectable check mark item in the install wizard. Perhaps the box wasn't checked?

Actually I'm not sure that option is available anymore since the databases are in the repo, so you need to be a supporter to get them. I think.

Correct, they are external now.
