how would i begin to type this?

For VLC Media Player Would It Be C:/program files (X86)/Videolan/VLC/vlc.exe ?

What About WMP I Don't Even know How to type that command....

i tried that command line above but the video player opened but didnt start videos. how do i make it begin videos? also I would like it to go full screen. will the same media controls the default player uses work with the external?
