You are. Local legend fRequEnCy put together a fairly comprehensive list a few years back (and continued to make additions and modifications as necessary). That list is a really good resource, but for anything that is missing from the list (some of the more recent emulators), you can generally find some good suggestions by googling around on the forums (ProTip add site:www.gameex.info to your search query in Google. It's a bit more robust that searching the forums directly.).
