Startup Error with 6.13/Reg File

Greetings!

Getting the following error when I start up version 6.13 using the Tron Theme..please advise. Also, I recently had a computer failure and lost the reg file I was provided by Tom Spiers after my donation of $20. How do I get this registration file back?

Ok...never mind the Tron problem...got it fixed...just had to reinstall the Themes. Now, only unresolved question pertains as to how I can get my GameEx reg file back after providing Tom Spiers my donation of $20. Thanks!
