PinballX closes when pressing a key

New user here, have used HyperPin before and decided to check out PinballX. I installed it and went through the setup guide install thing. After that I launch the program and it brings up the screen but when I press a button it just closes the whole application. Attached are the log and ini files. Log mentions "index was outside of the bounds of the array", did a search but only came up with some threads mentioning this with regards to gameex.

Nevermind, it looks like PInballX may not like it very much when you have no tables displayed?
