Can anyone recommend a good emulator for ColecoVision games and where I might be able to dowload it from? I recently obtained numerous ColecoVision ROMS but have no way to play them through GameEX.

Two to try are Virtual Colecovision which is an oldie but a goodie or Meka the Sega Master System emulator which can support Colecovision roms. Virtual Colecovision does not appear to have a command line interface fullscreen might be a pain as it always starts in a window. Meka has the option of doing a fullscreen after load and no gui so once you've set it up it can then run the rom direct so that would be the better choice.
