Joystick button not coming through?

Hey guys,

Another question from me.

When running a game directly inside MAME all joystick buttons work. (Sidewinder Pro, Win7 x64, PinballX 1.99)

But when running the same game through PinballX only button0 and button1 seem to work.

Button 3 does nothing.

I've unmapped all buttons inside PinballX, but to no avail.

Is there something obvious I'm missing here?
