I use "ProSystem emulator" to play Atari 7800. The emulator works normally. But when I put this emulator in full screen mode, all the colors of the game are strange. When I remove the full screen mode the colors back to normal. No matter the resolution I use. Can someone help me !?

Does this behavior happen outside of GameEx as well? I'd be fairly surprised if GameEx was having an impact on how games are displayed in the emulator. One thing you might want to look at is that ProSystem supports custom palettes (Options > Display > Palette ...). You might wan tto take a look at that setting to see if something got inadvertently maladjusted. It's certainly worth a look.

From the ProSystem Documentation:

Using palettes
You can choose to use a custom palette or default palette by going to the display sub-menu and selecting the palette menu item. The Palette dialog box will be displayed, which will allow you to select the target palette file to be loaded. If a palette file has already been loaded, it will be displayed in the Palette dialog box. Navigate to the palette file and select the Open button. If you want to use the default palette instead of a custom palette, you can select the default button in the dialog box.

Palette files have a size of 768 bytes. Each collection of 3 bytes define the RGB color. The C++ code to create the palette would look like the following:

I managed to solve the problem otherwise.
I realized that depending on the resolution used the colors in the game were different. So I went properties in the emulator and put the emulator to run at 640x480 resolution and 256-color mode. It worked perfect.
Many thanks for answering anyway !!!! :D
