[RESOLVED] Future Pinball - Plunger & Flippers not working in GameEx

I would greatly appreciate help in troubleshooting an issue with Future Pinball.

When being launched by GameEx, the flippers (left and right shift keys) and the plunger (enter) will only work intermittently, while the credit key (5) and 1st player start key(1) work fine. Outside of GameEx, FP works great. I also have VPinmame installed and it works fine when being launched by GameEx. I've been studying the configuration for Future Pinball in GameEx and just can't see what I'm missing.

I'm running Windows XP with Ultimarc's IPAC 4. Attached are my config and log files.

I just installed PinballX and it's awesome! The plunger and flipper issue I was experiencing in GameEx is not a problem in PinballX. Mark this issue as RESOLVED! :)
