GameEx bezel not being displayed`

I have a couple of issues I would appreciate your help with, and both issues may be related. The first issue is the GameEx/MAME bezel is not being displayed went playing a vertical MAME game.

Secondly, when playing a vertical MAME game such as Gryuss, the top of the screen is cut off a bit. When playing a horizontal game, the game appears right of center causing the right edge of the game to be out of view. I'm using a horizontal arcade monitor with Ultimarc's ArcadeVGA 5000.

I've found similar topics on the forum dealing with resolution issues, but none of the suggested fixes have worked. Attached are my log and config files, any suggestions would be most appreciated

I don't know about the second issue but I can tell you the Bezel does not show when ArcadeVGA support is enabled in GameEx because the game runs at too low a resolution and the bezel looks terrible so I turned it off.

Unfortunately I no longer own an arcade monitor and cant test this stuff out much these days.
