Shermo
So i've been pulling my hair out again this time trying to get psx to run proper, trying to get it to mount first then load as some games have multiple .bin files and rather convert i want to use as is using .cue files but using them direct doesn't work but mounting using dtlite does, they work fine outside. Mounting then clicking File>Insert driveWhat i'm using psxfin.exe -f[-virtualdrive-] Does anyone know the command line to get this to work? Any help would be greatThanks! nullPointer
The built in auto-mounting of disc images can be a bit finicky at times being that it doesn't allow you to select which virtual drive to use nor what type of virtual drive is preferred for a given emulator. Due these circumstances I use and recommend using Adultery's Virtual Drive Loader plugin for this purpose as it grants quite a bit more flexibility in terms of auto mounting disc images. In truth it's one of my favorite plugins due to the fact that it's super simple to use, but configurable enough to be very powerful for what it does.

Adultery
I think that's an issue with the emulator. Is there a setting to make it load from a specific drive?GameEx is working, and the loader plugin is working. Try mounting a disk in your DT drive and launching pSX. Does it load the game when it starts up?
Shermo
No just has io control and Asci modes. When booted I still have to manually load the disc. I don't know if I'm missing a command to make it load auto cannot see nothing in the options.
nullPointer
Dude ... I think I'm having some Deja Vu here. I used to use pSX but switched over to ePSXe. I couldn't remember why, but I think this may be the exact reason. I'm not sure if pSX is able to be run from a virtual drive using only the command line. Hopefully I'm wrong, but this is all sounding oddly familiar ...
Adultery
Nope i thought the same. pSX only launches iso and cdz directly through command line. I was hoping though that you could point it at a drive and then it would detect the game like the actual playstation used to.
Shermo
tried it on expsxe launched first time. Tried the multi bin files all good. Hoping the same for fusion and Sega CD tomorrow lol. Thanks for help guysNoticed on your plugin that ps2 is also named PlayStation 1 luckily they are numbered with emu*. Love the plugin BTW and the updater of yours one less stress
Adultery
Chances are your Title Text is the same for both emulators. And you're welcome, please feel free to make suggestions if you need additional features. I try to take care of my users.
