Icons in visual pinball

is possible to add icons to the list of the visual pinball (like in MAME)?

I doubt it. There is special programming in the MAME part of GameEx to use this feature. Since Visual Pinball is standalone under the emulators, there's not option to use icons. Of course that doesn't mean I'm entirely correct. There may be a way to do it, but I don't know of one. You could also use the Requested Features thread an make a suggestion to Tom for a future release to have it.
