Heads Up - GameEx Online

Just a heads up for those basic members currently enjoying GameEx Online - I intend to make it not available for basic members in the not too distant future.

The purpose of having the subscription services is to allow PinballX to stay free but still allow me to regain motivation on the huge amount of my time I spend on it and to support regular updates and future updates. Not that its covered my costs yet but it keeps me motivated.

An update:

The web login at http://online.gameex.com was changed to only supporting members last week and I will shortly be updating the desktop client login (PinballX front end) for only non basic members.

Like I said I hope by providing the additional, optional services for PinballX it will allow the product itself to remain free and continue as it has at blazing speed.

So what is the current FTP address as nothing I had before or anything I click on now takes me there? Unless I am missing something REALLY obvious it seems quite hard to find.

I am a supporting member of both PinballX and GameEX ... I would think it would be easy to click on a link someplace. Thank you

Do you not have the link in big at the top of the forum -> FTP Details/Client Area ?

Its pretty simple. Its still ftp.pinballx.net or ftp://online.gameex.com and you just login with your account here.

OK I see the problem ... thanks Tom ... I do not have anything that sends me to the FTP address ... all seems to send me to the HTTP://online.gameex.com .... but clicking on your link with the FTP in front works great .... see, it was something I was missing .... sorry
