ibleedspeed
Hi this is my first post and my first configuration of GameEx so forgive me if this question is answered before...I attempted to use the forum search feature before posting. So I have GameEx installed and working well. I have also succesfully configured 3 emulators in GameEx. fceux, snes9x and fusion are all working great... so i moved onto epsx and pcsx2 and not having any luck with either. I have configured pcsx2 and it is running in windows fine. I have been using pcsx2 for a few years so no problems there. I also read here on the forum that i needed to install daemon tools lite and switch the cdvd to cdvdgigaherz which I did and still nothing... the games are detected by gameex but when i start the game the screen goes black for a second and then it returns to gamex..I am terrifyed of command line and have no clue how to use commands with gameex so I need the for dummy,s version if that is what I need to do Thanks a bunch... nullPointer
Hi ibleedspeed and Welcome to the GameEx forum! When you have a moment, please export your config for PCSX2 and post the contents here so we can take a look at what you've got so far. You can export your config directly from the GameEx Setup Wizard. Depending on the contents of your config it might also be helpful to take a look at your log as well as your runitgame.bat after attempting to run PCSX2,Here are the instructions on how to access all that info. DazzleHP
You actually did some pretty good self-troubleshooting there in the end. And you probably learnt a few things along the way. I'd hardly call that a waste of forum space! Glad you sorted that out and please, if you need any more assistance, don't hesitate to "waste" some more space
