My sister is paranoid about her laptop and has never turned the WIFI on. It is a stock windows vista that has never updated from the internet, so I'm sure the .net is out of date big time.

She wants to import some videos to Win movie maker but it won't recognize them until she converts them to WMV. Anyway, this tool would be nice, but it probably requires the latest .net already installed from windows update huh?
