Does anyone know where to find snaps for NES/SNES/Genesis?

Coud you email them to me or provide website? I dont want to make my own snaps, as I like those that are already done.

Does anyone know how to speed up the snaps? I go to NES emulators and it is so slow! Anyway to speed up the menu and the snap loading?
