This thread looks like it would've answered all of my problems.

All I need are the Auxilary Files that Silver X was talking about. Sadly, it appears he doesn't frequent the GameEx forums anymore.

I really don't understand why I need to mount the bin/img/isos. In Mednafen for the TurboGrafx CD I just load the .CUEs as if they're roms and I have no problems.

So, anyone have these "Auxilary Files" or an alternative way to run ePSXe files without mounting them?

Never Mind. My problem was my Working Path was set to C:\Emulators\ePSXe\ePSXe. The Setup Wizard sure is weird.

Anyways, just in case someone else wants to know how to play PSX without mounting, here you go.

Emulator Setup

1. Rom Filter: *.cue;*.ccd;.mds*

2. Command Line: ePSXe.exe -nogui -loadbin "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

Advanced Emulator Setup

Scan Sub Folders: Yes

Easy as Pie.
