Taito type x VS Gameex

I've been trying for awhile now to try and get these working under a emulator instead of a external app. but the games are just shortcuts to launchers I put in a folder and called it my roms.

Long story short I can't figure out how to get these to work with gameex sadly.

just putting them in windows xp sp 3 running them all in gameex perfectly
