[RESOLVED] Changing Intro Sound for GameEx

Hey everyone,

Just curious, how does one go about changing the intro sound that plays when GameEx enters the loading screen?

I've seen the option to turn that sound ON or OFF in the Setup Config, but I haven't seen anywhere to load a custom sound or

perhaps replace the original Intro Sound audio file.

Anyone help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I beleive you can replace the sounds in the theme your currently using with your own. I'm not near my setup at the moment but I'll check on this when I get the chance.

The file is called introsound.wav and sits in your theme folder, just replace that.

Hey KRC, thanks for your helpful reply. It turns out that for the theme that I am using there is no IntroSound.wav file that I can replace.

Although for certain themes you definitely can replace that file. So I guess that is the best way to go about it.

If there isn't a file in your current theme, then GameEx uses the one in Default-Default.
