I have project 64 installed in my documents with a sub folders for roms, snaps, box art etc and when i use the configuration files in gameex and point to these settings and run gameex ,emulated games appears,nintendo64 appears, but then says no games.I have tryed everything, read all the forums, printed out 20 odd pages of configuration files but i still cant get it to work.

Please help me somebody.

Also want to install snes, gameboy, sega emulaters aswell/so i will probably have similar problems so if you can help or point me in the right direction i would be most appreciative.

Thanks.

If I had to guess...

Under your config options for the emulator you're using (n64)...

If your roms are zipped type, *.zip in the Rom Filter field. (if not zipped, type whatever the extension of the file you're running... like *.v64 for example.)

If that doesn't do it...

Under ROMS in folders? select No.

Hope that's helpful.

Hi - I had a similar black screen issue until I opened the emulator outside of GameEx and set it to launch full screen. Also - I had to configure my display to 16-bit color from 32-bit. Then they launched perfecto.

Hope that helps...

Thanks,worked a treat.

You dont know how to delete or filter out the non working games in project64 also do you.

What I do is move them to a different directory within the one your games are in. That way they're right there but the front end won't look in any other folders (if you tell it not to)

Other then that.... no. :)
