Fixed Instructions as PNGs not displaying in multiple monitor setups.

For those using a third monitor as a DMD display this version adds an option feature to auto position the PinMAME window on your DMD display. Note if the window is rotated it will be fixed next time you launch the table. If it is still rotated you will need to modify the table. It will be hardcoded there.
