Xpadder Open/Close with an emu?

I just discovered xpadder today.

Is it possible to fire up xpadder with the emu. And then close it when you exit the emulator?

Also what's the best way to exit emulators

I wouldnt mind seeing a program called AltDrag implemented. Its a program I use all the time to drag windows around the screen in LowRes
