How do I create an advanced configuration file for u64emu (aka Killer Instinct)?

I used the Visual Pinball one to send "Q" on exit to close visual pinball, but the v2.ini file was there.

Can I write one or froce GameEx to write one for u64emu? It runs as a windows app. I have it running now as an emulator with the run as pc game option on...ie it only lists the first rom (which seems to successfully start the emulator).

If I were to try and write one, what would I have to do to get game ex to see it?

How does the file have to be named?

If I copy another and modify it, will the controls and such at the end of the other file mess up running u64emu?
