[RESOLVED] Raine Neo Geo CD command line?

Recommended Posts

Hello, I'm a newbie and I'm trying to use Raine for the Neo Geo CD games. Recently both Raine and NeoRaine merged into one emulator, and it must have change its command line, because I can't get to load any Neo Geo CD game, the command lines that came with GameEx don't work (both for Raine and NeoRaine). These are:

raine32.exe -n -fs 1 "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"
raine32.exe -n -game [ROM]

Any clue?

Hi Fulankito and Welcome to the GameEx forums!

According the the Help information in the latest version of Raine (this one), both those commands should still be valid.

Are you pretty confident that your ROM directories are configured correctly for this emulator? What does your log look like after running Raine through GameEx? Have you tried to troubleshoot using your runitgame.bat? Please see this thread for further details, but specifically follow the steps listed in section 4.B. Does this display any error messages?

It might be helpful to post your log and your Emulator config for Raine.

Thanks for the fast answer! I resolved the trouble following your indications, the problem was that I was pointing the cue files, instead of the iso ones.

Thanks again! :)

If you need to use bin and cue files, May I suggest a virtual drive? This one dude made a plugin for it I heard, so you also have that option. ;)

No matter what you choose, welcome to our little corner of the world, and feel free to ask for assistance if you get stuck in anything else. There are quite a few folks around here more than willing to help. :)
