Future Pinball Black play field

So I switched to PinballX a few months ago and I swear future pinball was working in earlier versions otherwise i probably wouldn't have switched. I must have changed a setting somewhere. Currently I have no way around making my play field (HDMI) monitor 2 and backglass (DVI) monitor 1. When I run FP alone, the tables load right up and no problems. When I load through PinballX the play field shows the loading screen then when it is all loaded up goes black. I can still hear the table running, the backglass shows up. I can use the buttons. Not sure what to do about this. I changed the settings for display in the PinballX settings and playfield goes to the backglass but is usable, main screen stays black.

Could you let me know what OS you are running. I had a little mess around swapping my monitors and did see an issue but it was resolved by changing the main monitor in windows.

I had to set my main screen (playfield) to monitor 1 for it to work correctly) Backglass is monitor 2

I'm running winXP .. I can't figure out a way to change the playfield to monitor 1. I guess my Geforce 460 likes to use the DVI slot before the HDMI at startup.

Try booting up with only the playfield monitor connected to your video card. It should be labeled as primary number 1. Then try booting up again with the backglass monitor also. Just an idea

Your a genius @imagamejunky .. so playfield is now 1 and backglass is 2 but still have the problem with future pinball.. WTH? I thought for sure that would fix it. FP plays fine by itself but going through PBX no playfield. Maybe ill update my video drivers, Nvidia released new recently. but that always seems to cause more problems with other things.

Post your pinballx settings

Maybe you have something wrong there. Do you have multiple versions of the futurepinball exe in your future pinball folder?

Alright so I Solved the problem. I guess when I tried to get LEDwiz working in PBX with the tutorial on this forum it did something to make the main playfield go black. Last night I just turned off all the Start before lines and I guess those .BAT files did something to cause this problem. At least I have it working again the way it use to, now I just need to go back over that LEDwiz tutorial to get it working in PBX. I appreciate all the help.
