New setting and feature to start PinballX when Windows starts.

New grouping feature to group multiple game lists together across different systems and subsequent enhancements in the game list manager to edit the groups.

Fixes custom loading and startup images, videos and sounds and custom fonts.

Fixes issues when using a real DMD with Visual Pinball.
