Improvements to Visual Pinball - ensures any B2S executables are closed. Will show a backglass and DMD image if available in place of a video after launching a table. Also fixes bypassing disclaimers when using B2s. Hides B2S windows when pausing and entering in game mode.

Includes Zen Studios company logo.

New setting and feature to turn off audio in videos.
