Ive got the wheel set up with all the games that I want so far.

But when I hit enter to launch the table the loading screen comes up, and nothing happens, I have to go to the task manager to close it.

Im using Future Pinball only. I think I have my settings correct in pinballx but maybe not. Here are my settings.

[FuturePinball]

Enabled=True

WorkingPath=C:\Games\Future Pinball

TablePath=C:\Games\Future Pinball\Tables

Executable=Future Pinball.exe

Parameters=/open "[TABLEPATH]\[TABLEFILE]" /play /exit /arcaderender

LaunchBeforeEnabled=false

LaunchBeforeWorkingPath=

LaunchBeforeExecutable=notepad.exe

LaunchBeforeHideWindow=False

LaunchBeforeWaitForExit=True

LaunchAfterEnabled=True

LaunchAfterWorkingPath=C:\PinballX

LaunchAfterExecutable=notepad.exe

LaunchAfterHideWindow=False

LaunchAfterWaitForExit=True

MouseClickFocus=True

FPRAMPath=C:\Games\Future Pinball\fpRAM

Also, When I launch the table by its .fpt, executable by its self, it first brings up the Future Pinball editor then I have to load the table. I think this will be an issue when I try launching from pinballx. So how do I get past that.

If I make launchafterenable=False, It starts to load, but then comes back to the wheel again.

Thank you for responding.

It seems like I’m missing something that points to the game executable, then that is where I’m at a loss.

Are you setting up via the settings program? It takes all the leg work out. Also your tables have to match what is in your game list. Use the game list manager. Finally, check the log and post it.

I learned that each of the game files need to be located in the C:\Games\Future Pinball\Tables folder.

Now, the tables are starting to work from the pinballx wheel. But after the “Loading” message goes away, the screen remains blank or black, I can hear the game playing in the back ground. If I go to task manager and close pinballx, there’s the table.

Is this the log you referred to?

Also, in the setup wizard, Under Future Pinball, Should I have entries in the launch before and launch after categories?

Thank you so much for your help.
