KRC Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Thanks for the share HK,I recently setup Dolphin without a hitch but will definitely look into this.
headkaze Posted August 6, 2013 Author Posted August 6, 2013 I made a profile for it but I couldn't find if it had support for passing the game name via command line. Anyway if you guys get it working please let me know the working command line.[Emulator]Enabled=TrueSystem=Nintendo GameCubeCategory=ConsoleEmulator=SuperGCubeVersion=0.4a rev0110Rating=6.0DownloadUrl=http://www.gamesdbase.com/setupwizard/emulators/download/SuperGCube.7zRequiredFiles=Website=http://sourceforge.net/projects/supergcube/Info=Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulatorTitleText=Nintendo GameCubeStartPageName=[Console] Nintendo GameCube (SuperGCube)StartPageLogo=Nintendo GameCubeCommand=bin\gcube.exe -f "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"RomFilter=Database=[Console] Nintendo GameCubeConfigFile=[Mapping Off] Exit (Process Close)MapFile=RomPath=[DEFAULTROMPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\RomsSnapPath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\SnapsTitlePath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\TitlesBoxPath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\BoxesCartPath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\CartridgesManualPath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\ManualsControlPanelPath=[DEFAULTASSETPATH]\Nintendo GameCube\ControlsWorkingPath=[DEFAULTEMUPATH]\SuperGCubeMapKeys=TrueWaitBeforeKeys=SendKeys=ReplaceDash=FalseReplaceUnder=TrueCapitals=FalseRemoveBrackets=TrueShowDesktop=TrueDebug=FalseAlsoLaunch=LaunchBefore=LaunchAfter=ExcludedFiles=CustomBackground=PlayMusic=FalseDontShowInfo=PlaySelectionMusic=FalseSelectionMusicFolder=PCGame=FalseGamesIn7Zips=FalsePlayInScreenSaver=FalseShowMostPlayed=TrueRandomMostPlayed=TrueCDCheck=FalseCDCheckFile=
celly Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Been tinkering with it today since I had a little bit of time. In order for your cmd line to work, I had to take the contents of the bin folder, and place it in the root of the emulator folder. It doesn't override anything or make changes to the file structure, that i've noticed anyway. After the contents where added to the root, change the working path to the root folder. Then the cmd line of gcube.exe -f "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]" will work. For some reason it won't read any of my game iso files, only gcm. 1
DazzleHP Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 aww i was excited when i first saw this post but it truelly is a nuts n bolts emu? i mean you guys gotta admit Dolphin does a cracking job even though the devs are hellbent it seems on Wii emulation these days. Still it would be nice to get a focused GC emu at last. i'll be keeping an eye on this one for sure! Thanks for share HK
celly Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 It's been in its infancy since 2009 from what I've read. I agree with Dazzle that it'd be nice to have a fully devoted GC emulator but, I believe Dolphin has been doing a fine job. Def keep an eye on this one though if the devs continue to pursue.
