Launch on Exit not working?

I setup GameEX to launch a program on exit and it doesn't appear to be doing it. Just to be sure it wasn't my program, I changed the program to launch on exit to somthing standard like IE and tried it again, but nothing happenend. I checked the log file and it says...

I think the .exe file needs to be within gameex directory? Not too sure though.

That makes sense since the configuration file doesn't save a full path. I'll try using a shortcut and see if that works.

I have this line in my config file and it executes correctly:

LaunchOnExit="C:\Program Files\UltraMon\UltraMon.exe" /p 1
