How Do I Set Up Advancemame?

I'm new to the MAME experience and just downloaded the latest version of Advancemame for widows (binary pentium). I unzipped the file and now I have a open folder with several files in front of me -- not sure what to click on next and get it to work with GameEX.

I've heard amazing things about Advancemame, but it seems much more complicated than Mame32.

Hoping someone can take me through the steps.

Can someone help?...I don't know what I need to do to install advancemame on my Windows XP machine and then get it to work with GameEX. Thanks!
