PinballX with B.A.M for Future Pinball

Has anyone found a fix for this?

I loaded BAM as a system so I could mess around with it, and can't exit out of the table. I press the exit button and hear the click but no exit menu.

My FP/VP installs work fine.

OK, I know this is an old thread, but has anyone found a solution for this issue? I'm in the same boat. If I launch a Future Pinball table via Pinball X -> FPloader, the table launches fine, but I am unable to exit the table gracefully. I'm met with the black screen.

I read somewhere that re-assigning my Pinball X exit key could help alleviate the problem, so I've re-assigned my PinballX exit key to be the "E" key.

Unfortunately, said "E" key does not work when running Future Pinball via Pinball X. Which is strange because the E key DOES work when exiting a Visual Pinball table.
