losing games..

ok, at first i was ok with this, but now its happening daily. i keep losing my 'All Mame' game list. I have to keep clicking update. its like it saves it, untill i turn off/on the pc.

very odd and VERY annoying

Is your list blank or is it replaced by your Favorites? Are do you have favorites saved? This has happened to myself and onw other person.

The games I had replacing were actually the favorites. Seems my kids loaded it up with their favorites Anyways, I've since only had this happen 1 more time. The last time it had the 10 games from favorites.

Strangely, I didn't have this problem until 3.47. Since then it's happened at least 3-4 times (all games being replaced by favorites). I went back to the previous version and will see how that works.

I'm guessing the new update didn't fix the issue.

Same thing on the latest version. Game List is replaced with Favorites. Requires an update list to fix.

Great app though. I initially played with in on my MCE because it was the only MCE interface to MAME and other emulators. I loved it so much it's carried over to my arcade cabinet.

Can I have confirmation of this from others?

Please describe under what circumstances this happens, and if it is fixed when exiting and restarting GameEx.

Could you also please post your gamelist.txt before and after. (in the data folder)

Im also getting the same problems from version 3.50 through to 3.62.

Just about everytime I shut down my system, when I reboot I end up with only the favorites or zinc games in my all games list.
