Skinnable Background Wheel Image Possible?

Hi Tom

Is it possible to create our own wheel skin to sit under the wheel icons at the bottom of the playfield, a bit like the Hyperpin blue wheel? Hyperpin implements it by allowing you to create a file called overlay.png.
