Hi, you should recieve a .reg-key from Tom Speirs, the author of GameEx that you just double-click to remove the nag-screen as soon as he's seen that you've paid.

I guess that you've paid through PayPal and you should get the e-mail from Tom to the e-mail adress that you've registered to PayPal.
