Registration problem

I went ahead and purchased the registration and received the registry file in my email. I did a reinstall and used the file and at the end of the setup it says I am a registered user, but when I launch GameEx it still gives the nag screen and has locked features. I already sent Tom an email about it I was just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and knew a fix for it.
