[THEME] SNK NeoGeo HD

Here is a theme requested by a user.

Went with blue and yellow color scheme.

Will be using Draco's reflection logo pack.

Almost finished with this one.

(I'm also going to be doing a NeoGeo Cab theme)

I have completely revamped this theme, to give a more fresh HD feel, a huge improvement in my opinion.

I wasn't too happy with the original I did, so I decided to make it more appealing and easier on the eye.

Thanks, it's not quite finished yet as I need to add a few more layer's but the theme should not be much longer.
