Theme Request

I Have a request for a Neo Geo/ King of fighters theme. I have tried out making my own with no success. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but this is my formal request.

If you give a brief description of what you want it to look like I'm sure I could come up with something.

I really just want a Snk like theme. They are my favorite arcade company. I prefer darker tones in color like dark blues purples etc. I also would like to thank you for accepting the request and look forward to seeing what you got up your sleeve. I also wouldnt mind it at all themed like the MVS arcade system
