Can't seem to change the Volume?

Hello,

I am fairly new to Gameexe, set it up a couple of weeks ago and purchased the lifetime membership. Got Mame and ZX spectrum emulation going and working. One issue though, no matter what I do (direct keyboard input or not), I cannot get the volume buttons to work. I configured buttons C and V for volume up/down but pressing them while gameex is running does not have any effect.

This might be something stupid, I tried to find the answer on this forum and FAQ but did not see any.

I use an IPAC-2 b.t.w. (don't know if that is of any concern).

While setting the keys did you also enable the option for the advanced custom keyboard controls?
