Feature Request - Random Game

It might be nice to have a random game feature. I got so many games that I don't have the time/patience to scroll through the whole list to see what I'm missing. Hitting Random Game would at least let me see some the games I'm missing.

Just a thought.

I do like the sound of it on concept. Are you thinking along the lines of a Item on the Start Page which will select AND launch a random game across MAME and all emulators, or just simply jump to a random point in the current list based on a keypress?

I personally think the first option is nice, and if its an item on the start menu, will fit in nicely to the GameEx design, as it can be turned on or off. I think I'll implement that.

Yes, I was thinking of the first option. And the 'Random Game' item could be enabled/disabled from the Game Prefs.

Cool! I like that option. Many times I just wait for the attract mode SS to kick in just to see what it comes up with :-)
