i re-installed gameex today and loaded it then choose "configuration" on the first menu it loads the configuration menu up but windows start bar is hidden till you launch gameex again the pc i am using atm is windows MCE 2005

not sure if its the same on any other OS

Its pretty much by design and does it for everyone. Wouldn't call it a bug. I personally close GameEx and launch the config app from the GameEx program group.
