Lost full version Gameex file

Hey I recently lost my PC along with everything in the hard drive in a flood from Hurricane Sandy. I had the file that you drop into the gameex folder to upgrade from the demo version to the full version. I got it by donating to paypal a long time ago. If it's possible to reaquire the file how would i go about doing it?
