DTL Issues/Request

Hey Guys let me start by saying i am loving GameEX so far i have 8 emulators running smooth. its been a challenge some more than others but this board has really help. even though this is my first post i did alot of searching to help me along the way. but this SSF Saturn emulator just has me stumped it works fine outside GameEx . i have done alot of searching here and tryed many diffrent things with no luck.the problem is i dont think daemon tools is launching. i have the Launch before and after set correct. but everytime i start a game it will just say drive emplty. unless i already have a image loaded in Daemon tools. then it will just lauch that game instead of the game i picked. i have it set to show desktop so i can see daemon tools never launches. im really hoping someone here can help me like ive seen so many others that have been helped. Hi, I'm having issue getting DTL to work as well. Where is the .ini located that needs to be changed? The one I'm using is located in the config\import export folder. is this the right one? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can someone post their current working .ini and tell me what folder it needs to go in?

Hi gametech, and welcome to the GameEx forums!

While it would be theoretically be possible to overwrite your own GameEx.ini with one from someone else, I'm afraid that would cause way more problems than it solved. It's highly unlikely that the directory paths would match, and ultimately it would end up being a nightmare for you.

I'd like you to do the following, if you're feeling game. First have a look at this thread:

Then come back here and post your emulator config. Once we have a look at the emulator config you're using we can get a better handle on what has gone wrong, and suggest steps to help you solve the problem.
