Is there a way to display snapshot when there is no video preview :

When i remove video preview folder, all my roms display a snapshot but when there is a video folder, only roms with a video display a video preview : those without video display an empty preview

Thanks

You have both set up in the emu?

Video Path:

Snap Path:

Or are you combining them into one directory? If you are... Don't do that. There's settings for both.

You didn't answer my question though...

...are you combining them into one directory? If you are... Don't do that. There's settings for both.

Just because you have them set up doesn't mean you don't have both vids and snaps in one directory... which I could tell you now if I had the next thing... ;)

GameEx 101 here bro... Can I see your GameEx log and GameEx ini? No one can help you out without at least the log, unless you can telepathically send me your settings. LOL!

Do the videos run natively on your system (i.e. do they run in Windows Media Player)? This may be a codec problem. Several of us around here recommend the use of the Shark007 Codec Pack. It may be worth a shot. If you go that route, just be sure to get the right version for your OS, and follow the installation directions carefully.

No it supports mp4 but it looks to me like you need to install the codex pack mentioned by NullPointer.

There really ought to be a check that shows the snap on an error but there's not sadly.
