I have GameEx installed on win 7 664 bit have at moment only have zsnes emu installed as just experimenting. However cannot get any games to load. The full list shows but says they are all bad roms and either crashes or goes back to list menu. I know roms are ok as have tested them. I know its something in config but not sure what. Help please?

Hello and welcome to the forums. So the emulator is telling you that they are bad roms? How have you tested them? If something with config, what config are you using? Can you please export this emulator config and post here in the forums so we can have a look?

The correct command line for ZSNES should simply be:

zsnesw.exe "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"

But, as fRequEnCy told you, post the emulator config and add the content of runitgame.bat (in GameEx\DATA), it could be useful too.
