I am using Gamebase for some systems, such as Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Bally Astrocade, Emerson Arcadia 2001, GCE Vectrex, Magnavox Odyssey² and Mattel Intellivision. However, I noticed that I cannot make a layout for them in the theme editor. I want to have my start page layout different to the emulator layouts. This works for any systems not using gamebase, but it seems that the start layout is linked to the gamebase layout. So I am currently using the same layout for both emulator and start page.

Anyway to resolve this issue?

I just figured this out! :)

Create a layout ini named after the GameBase name. (not how it is named in GameEx, but how it is named in GameBase).

Then, I simply copy/pasted the layout contents of one of the other emulator layouts, into this new layout ini.
