Is there any way to make a custom MAME menu?

Currently I have an Arcade Menu, that lets you choose from MAME, Naomi, Atomiswave, Model2, & Model3.

I really like how the MAME menu has all the other options, and I know in the setup wizard it is possible to add a Model2 choice in the MAME menu(also the CPS choice, ect..), but what about the rest of these Arcade EMUs? I'm just looking to have less menus to choose, and if possible in the MAME "All MAME Games" Choice to know when to use a different emulator we a game does not work the MAME emulator.
